Installation
Will it fit my toilet?
- Bowl shape: order Z3-RW for round bowls or Z3-EW for elongated bowls.
- Toilet style: fits one piece and two piece toilets, including French curve designs.
- Mounting holes: designed for the standard 5.5 inch (140 mm) spacing.
- Supply line: if your toilet uses a rigid supply pipe, replace it with a flexible hose before installing the T valve.
- Power: a GFI outlet on a 120 volt, 15 amp or larger circuit within reach of the 3.94 ft cord.
Installation steps
- Remove the existing seat and lid.
- Turn off the water supply and flush to drain the tank.
- Detach the supply hose from the tank and install the T valve. Do not use Teflon tape on the fittings.
- Bolt the catch plate to the toilet with the included brackets and slide the seat on.
- Connect the seat hose to the T valve, turn the water on, and check for leaks.
- Insert the remote batteries and plug the seat into a GFI outlet.
