Installation
Will it fit my toilet?
- Bowl shape: elongated bowls only.
- Toilet length: 19.9 to 21 inches from the water tank to the front of the bowl.
- Mounting hole spacing: 4.6 to 7.2 inches between the two seat bolt holes.
- Tank clearance: more than 1.2 inches from the mounting holes to the tank.
- Rear edge: more than 2.75 inches from the mounting holes to the back edge of the bowl.
- Power: a GFCI outlet on a dedicated 15 amp or larger circuit within reach of the 4 ft cord.
Installation steps
- Remove the old seat, turn off the water supply, and flush to empty the tank.
- Push the rubber sleeves into the mounting holes, position the mounting plate with the cardboard guide, add the locking brackets, and tighten the bolts.
- Slide the seat onto the mounting plate until it clicks into place.
- Install the T connector on the tank fill valve, reconnect the toilet supply hose, screw the water filter onto the T connector, and connect the bidet supply hose.
- Turn the water on, check every connection for leaks, then plug the seat into the GFCI outlet.

No. It is made for elongated bowls only, measuring 19.9 to 21 inches from the tank to the front of the bowl.
Can I sit on the lid?
Yes. The lid supports up to 400 lbs when the automatic lid function is turned off. The seat itself supports up to 440 lbs.
Can I use an extension cord?
The manual calls for a GFCI outlet on a dedicated circuit of 15 amps or more. If an extension cord must be used, it has to be 14 gauge or heavier.
Does the warm water run out?
