Shipping and Delivery
Orders Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 0 to 2 business days and shipped out using a fully tracked courier service. Our chosen couriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, consistently facilitate the delivery of your items from our warehouse. 

Please note that processing times may vary depending on the brand—see below for any exceptions.

Shipping Times

All shipping times are estimates and should not be taken as a guarantee. We make sure our vendors know of new orders to get orders shipped out as soon as possible. With that being said, if a customer decides to cancel an order due to a shipment not arriving in the estimated time frame, customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and any other fees associated with the order. Any customer that files a chargeback for delays in shipping will be held criminally liable for theft. No Exceptions Apply.

Most orders will ship out within 0-2 Business Days. Once the order ships, it will take between 2-5 Business Days to get delivered. (Estimated Delivery 2-7 Business Days)

Cancellations & Refunds

At Majestic Flush, we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at (202) 902-8838, the chat in the bottom right, or email support@majesticflush.com any time.

Cancellations After The Order Has Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you will need to wait until it is delivered and then initiate a return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required to properly return the item.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product.

All sales are final for Custom made and Made to order products.

Warranty

The manufacturer warrants its bidets to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use when properly installed and serviced for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase for all customers, and 3 years from the date of purchase for customers who register their warranty. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the smart toilet seat and is not transferable to any third party, including any subsequent purchaser or owner of the product.

The manufacturer’s obligations under this warranty are limited to repair, replacement, or other appropriate adjustment, at the manufacturer’s discretion, of the smart toilet seat or parts found to be defective in normal use, provided the product has been properly installed, used, and maintained in accordance with instructions. The manufacturer reserves the right to conduct inspections as necessary to determine the cause of any defect. Labor and parts for warranty repairs or replacements will not be charged. However, the manufacturer is not responsible for costs related to removal, return, or reinstallation of the product.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage or loss caused by natural calamities such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder, or electrical storm.

  • Damage or loss resulting from accidents, unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper care, cleaning, or maintenance.

  • Damage or loss caused by sediments or foreign matter in the water system.

  • Damage or loss due to improper installation, installation in harsh or hazardous environments, or improper removal, repair, or modification. This includes cases where water pressure exceeds local codes or standards.

  • Damage or loss caused by electrical surges, lightning strikes, or other acts beyond the manufacturer’s control.

  • Damage or loss resulting from normal wear and tear, including gloss reduction, scratching, or fading over time due to use, cleaning practices, water, or atmospheric conditions.

Proof of purchase is required for this limited warranty to be valid. For commercial use, the manufacturer warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months from the purchase date. All other terms of this warranty apply, except for the duration.
