Shipping & Delivery
Free curbside shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. Smaller items ship by parcel courier such as FedEx, UPS or USPS, and larger items such as integrated smart toilets travel by LTL freight and are delivered to your curb or driveway.
Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days in total. All timelines are estimates and may be affected by freight availability, weather and your delivery location.
White Glove Delivery is available at checkout on eligible heavy items for $350. A two person team brings the item to the room of your choice, carrying it up to two flights of stairs, then unpacks it and removes all packaging.
