Free curbside shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. Smaller items ship by parcel courier such as FedEx, UPS or USPS, and larger items such as integrated smart toilets travel by LTL freight and are delivered to your curb or driveway.

Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days in total. All timelines are estimates and may be affected by freight availability, weather and your delivery location.

White Glove Delivery is available at checkout on eligible heavy items for $350. A two person team brings the item to the room of your choice, carrying it up to two flights of stairs, then unpacks it and removes all packaging.

What is the difference between the Classic and Contemporary design?

The difference is purely aesthetic. Both models offer the exact same internal features, remote control, and cleansing performance. The Contemporary design features a smooth, flat, minimalist lid that wraps over the seat ring for a uniform modern look. The Classic design features a subtle molded ridge around the top edge of the lid for a more traditional appearance.

How does the TOTO S7A compare to the TOTO S7?

The S7A adds a touchless automatic open and close lid. On the S7, the lid is opened and closed by hand. Everything else on the two TOTO spec sheets is the same: EWATER plus cleaning of the wand and bowl, PREMIST, instantaneous warm water, five dryer settings, heated seat, night light, four user remote memory, a two year limited residential warranty, and auto flush capability with an optional kit on select TOTO toilets.

Will it fit my toilet?

The S7A is designed for elongated toilets, which measure approximately 18.5 inches from the center of the mounting holes to the front tip of the bowl. It also needs bolt holes 5.5 inches apart and at least 2 inches of flat space between the bolt holes and the front of the tank. It fits toilets with a relatively flat bowl that meets the tank at close to a 90 degree angle. It will not fit toilets with a curved French curve tank that meets the bowl on a slope. For a completely seamless look with hidden cords and hoses, pair it with a TOTO Washlet plus (T40) toilet.

Do I need electricity?

Yes. The S7A plugs into a grounded GFCI outlet rated for 120V and 15 amps. The power cord is about 4 feet (1.2 m) long with a three prong plug, so the outlet needs to be within reach of the toilet. We do not recommend using an extension cord or power strip. If your outlet is too far away, have an electrician add one closer to the toilet.

Is my toilet compatible with the auto flush feature?

The S7A is auto flush compatible, but it requires a separate hardware kit installed inside the toilet tank, and a compatible TOTO Washlet plus (T40) toilet. Use the THU857 kit for single flush models or the THU855 kit for dual flush models. Standard toilets without the T40 design cannot accommodate the auto flush motor.
