At Majestic Flush, our priority is to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. 

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. This excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all other offshore areas such as the U.S. territories. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Your order will ship directly from the manufacturer or an authorised distribution warehouse using a fully tracked and insured courier or freight service. Couriers include FedEx, UPS, USPS, and major LTL freight providers.

• Handling Time: 0–2 business days
• Transit Time: 2–5 business days

• Due to the hygienic nature of our products, products must be unopened, unused and uninstalled for a refund.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
• All returns require prior approval and a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
• Non-stock, Custom-Made, and Made-to-Order items are final sale once processing has begun, as indicated on the product page.
